At Veraa, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with a simple, clear return process.

1. Return Policy

We accept returns of eligible products within 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY.

To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
The item must be in the same condition as you received it
A proof of purchase or order number must be provided

Please note: Due to the personal nature of our products (such as handmade soaps and essential oils), we cannot accept returns of items that have been opened, used or tampered with.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at info@veraaproductxs.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

Your full name

Order number

Reason for the return

Clear photo(s) of the product, if damaged

We will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
Items purchased on sale or during promotional events
Custom-made, gift sets or personalized products
Any product returned without original packaging or proof of purchase
